Frequently asked questions
Privacy
Can you see my photos?
No. Blurring, watermarking and code reading happen on your iPhone. AI features (tattoos, AI Eraser, leak search) send a copy just for processing: it isn’t kept.
Where are my originals?
On your iPhone, in a vault that only opens with Face ID. Never on our servers.
How do I delete my account?
In the app: Settings › Delete my account. Your data is erased.
Leak tracer
How does the tracer know who leaked it?
Each recipient gets a copy with a different invisible code. When you import a photo you found, Floutix reads the code and gives you the matching username.
Does the code survive screenshots?
It’s built to survive screenshots and messaging app compression. Very tight cropping can make it unreadable, so add the visible watermark too.
Does it work on videos?
For now, the tracer works on photos.
Features
Does Floutix really erase tattoos?
Yes, with AI: the skin is rebuilt and the rest of the photo stays the same. Otherwise, they’re simply hidden, for free.
Does it work with videos?
Yes. Faces are tracked frame by frame, and the sound is kept.
What languages is Floutix available in?
French, English, Spanish, Portuguese, German, Italian and Chinese.
Subscription
What’s the Founder Pass?
Lifetime Creator access for €199, in a single payment. Limited to 30 spots per month.
Can I cancel whenever I want?
Yes, from your iPhone Settings, in 2 taps.
Are there ads?
On Free, a short ad plays before each video. You can also watch ads to unlock photos: 1 ad = 1 photo, 2 a day. With Pro and Creator, zero ads.
Is Floutix available on Android?
Floutix launches on iPhone first. The Android version comes next, with the same account.
