These terms apply to the Floutix app and the floutix.com website, provided by CMT & TMS MANAGEMENT LTD (company no. 15963485, 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom). By using Floutix, you accept them.

1. The service

Floutix lets you hide parts of a photo or video, add a watermark, create traced copies, search for copies on the web and protect a copy of an ID document. Results depend on the photo: always check the result before sharing.

2. Your account

An account is created when you open the app. You can link it to Apple or to your email to recover it on another iPhone. Gifts (free photo, free credits) are given only once per person and per iPhone.

3. Subscriptions and purchases

• Pro and Creator are weekly or monthly subscriptions paid through your Apple account. They renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the period (Settings › your name › Subscriptions).
• The 3-day free trial is limited; at its end, the subscription starts unless cancelled.
• The Founder Pass is a one-time purchase giving lifetime access to Creator, for as long as the service exists.
• Included AI credits are refilled every month and do not roll over.
• Refunds are handled by Apple under its rules. As digital content is supplied immediately, you agree that your right of withdrawal no longer applies once the service has been used, to the extent permitted by law.

4. What is not allowed

Using Floutix to share illegal content, harass or threaten anyone, infringe the privacy or image rights of others, process photos you have no rights to, or use someone else’s ID document. We may suspend an account in case of abuse or fraud.

5. Your photos

Your photos remain yours. You only allow us to process them when you use a feature that needs it, to provide the service to you.

6. Limits

Floutix is a protection tool: it does not guarantee absolute anonymity. The leak tracer only works on copies created with the app, and a code may become unreadable after heavy edits. Leak search may not find every copy. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months; nothing limits our liability for gross negligence, fraud, or anything the law does not allow us to limit.

7. App Store

If you downloaded Floutix from the App Store, Apple’s standard licence agreement also applies. Apple is not responsible for the Floutix service.

8. Changes

We may update the service and these terms. Important changes are announced in the app before they apply.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of your country and may bring a claim before the courts of your country of residence.
